This hotel is outstanding value for money, with great amenities and a good sea view. The staff are sweet and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, especially the shakshuka hoppers, and the coffee is the best we had in Sri Lanka.

All was up to scratch, no improvements needed.

Loved sipping on unique cocktails at the quirky bar, while the staff did their best to improve everything. The restaurant was a relaxed and enjoyable space. I even had the chance to cuddle a troubled puppy before it found its forever home!

Was there a shower? Oh yes, it was freezing cold.

The best hotel during our trip! Mind-blowingly delicious breakfast included in the room price! SUPER friendly staff who speak English fluently! Huge and spacious room. The beach is just a hop, skip, and jump away. Loads of places to eat nearby.

This hotel is a hidden gem just off the beach on the main street. The rooms, with their balconies and great bathrooms, provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and great amenities make it really good value for money. And the breakfast, with the best coffee we had in Sri Lanka, is simply delightful.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options and delicious coffee. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

The reception area was often unoccupied, making it difficult to seek assistance or advice. the air conditioning in the room was noisy and not very cold, which made it hard to sleep comfortably.

Neat interior with relaxing vibes, books, hammock, and bean bag. Kids love it! Limited food options, but hoppers are a must-try. Fabulous experience with lovely room, beautiful view, EXCELLENT location, amazing staff, legendary breakfast. Can't rave enough about the breakfast and coffee. Friendly staff, upgraded room, detailed local recommendations, organized tuk-tuk. Great coffee machine in the room. Superb location on the main beach.

No complaints, everything was perfect.

This hotel has a great location near the beach and amazing restaurants. The staff were really helpful with everything I needed, including transportation and advice on what to do in the area. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities, including air con. Breakfast was delicious.

Don't have any issues at all.

The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. We really enjoyed the egg hoppers and the shakshuka hoppers. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the bars and shops. We also liked that they provided beach bags and umbrellas for guests to use.

Our room was a bit disappointing. The bed was too hard and uncomfortable and there was a strange smell in the room that we couldn't get rid of.

During my New Year’s stay, the room was clean and well-maintained with all the basic amenities in functioning condition. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel was located near the beach and some great restaurants which was very convenient for us. we were able to rent bikes which added an extra level of fun to our beach vacation.

The shower in the room was cold which was a major disappointment. , there was no food available after 6 pm which was a bit inconvenient for us as we had to plan our dinner elsewhere.
